Placements24 is seeking a creative and technically adept Virtual Event Manager to design, coordinate, and deliver engaging online conferences, webinars, and hybrid gatherings for a global audience. This fully remote role requires initiative and a passion for innovative digital experiences.

You will select platforms, manage content and speakers, drive attendee engagement, handle technical support, and work with marketing to promote events and manage registrations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing and executing virtual or hybrid events.
• Strong understanding of virtual event platforms and related technologies.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and content creation for online events.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of virtual events using various online platforms.
• Source, vet, and manage relationships with virtual event technology providers.
• Develop engaging content strategies, speaker management, and attendee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee technical aspects, including live streaming, interactive features, and technical support during events.
• Analyze event performance data and provide comprehensive post-event reports.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote virtual events and manage registration.
