Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a creative Virtual Event Coordinator to design and deliver engaging online experiences for hospitality clients. You will manage event platforms, coordinate speakers and sponsors, and drive attendee engagement from your home office.

Based in Bloemfontein with a flexible remote schedule, you will oversee timelines, budgets, and post-event analysis to improve future events for a global client base.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event planning and coordination, with a strong focus on virtual or online events.
• Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects remotely and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Zoom, Hopin, Cvent, Bizzabo or similar platforms.
