Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company for virtual event catering inquiries and needs.
• Determine catering requirements including dietary restrictions, budget, and event theme.
• Source, vet, and manage relationships with a network of third-party caterers across locations.
• Coordinate order placement, delivery schedules, and confirmations with caterers and clients.
• Manage logistics of food and beverage delivery to attendees with proper packaging/presentation.
• Track orders, resolve issues, and communicate resolutions to clients.
• Maintain records of client interactions, orders, and caterer performance.
• Stay updated on trends in virtual events and catering services.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.
• Process invoices and payments accurately.
