Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Catering Coordinator to manage and streamline catering operations from anywhere. This fully remote role requires coordinating event logistics, liaising with clients and vendors, and managing schedules to meet all catering requirements without attendance at events.

You will be the primary client contact, using digital tools to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction, while coordinating with a diverse range of vendors to deliver seamless events

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or catering management.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of catering events, including menu selection, staffing, and delivery schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service remotely.
• Liaise with external caterers and suppliers to confirm bookings, negotiate services, and ensure adherence to agreements.
• Manage event calendars and maintain accurate records of client details and event specifications using digital platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during event planning or execution in a timely and effective manner.
