Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead sales within a designated region. This fully remote role lets you manage your territory from home, driving revenue growth and expanding market share with new and existing clients.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in sales, including territory management, strong B2B negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently. Travel within the territory may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales; at least 3 years in territory management or equivalent.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Expert in B2B sales processes and negotiation.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage a territory independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the territory.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts.
• Conduct market analysis to identify competitive strengths and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close contracts with clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales with market needs.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
