Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Enterprise Sales Manager to lead a global sales organization and drive substantial revenue growth. You will oversee the full sales cycle, identify market opportunities, and collaborate across marketing, product, and customer success to optimize the customer journey.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise software sales
- 5+ years in sales leadership
- Proven track record of large enterprise deals
- Experience leading remote sales teams
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of remote enterprise sales representatives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets globally.
- Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing complex deals.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Develop forecasts, pipelines, and budgets; manage recruitment and training.
- Represent the company at virtual industry events and conferences.
