Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Field Sales Specialist to join our expanding sales team. This remote-first role requires you to operate from a home office with periodic travel to client sites, driving sales and managing a designated territory.

You will build strong client relationships, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts to exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in field sales, a proven quota track record, excellent communication and negotiation

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in field sales or similar client-facing role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed territory objectives.
• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through remote outreach and targeted client visits.
• Conduct in-depth needs analyses of prospective customers' business challenges and present tailored solutions.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations, adapting to various client environments.
• Negotiate complex contracts and close sales to meet or surpass revenue targets.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to sales management on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-sale needs.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
