Eastern Time business hours. Annual target earnings are CAD 40,000–50,000. We seek 3+ years in telesales, outbound or call-center sales, with strong English and CRM

Qualifications

• Three or more years in telesales, outbound sales, or call-centre sales.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience meeting call, transfer, appointment, or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Ability to stay calm with skeptical property owners.
• Strong listening skills and adaptive responses during calls.
• Accurate CRM, note-taking, and disposition habits.
• Willingness to receive coaching and apply feedback quickly.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls through an automatic dialer.
• Gain the property owner’s attention quickly.
• Introduce Royal York and explain the program purpose.
• Ask questions about the owner and rental property.
• Confirm number of properties and occupancy status.
• Explain the program’s monthly cost of C$100.
• Respond to objections about price, need, trust, timing, or history.
• Explain the value of protecting monthly rental income.
• Invite qualified owners to complete an immediate live transfer.
• Record accurate notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts and opt-out rules.
• Meet hourly and daily calling and transfer targets.
