Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls through an automatic dialer.
• Gain the property owner's attention quickly.
• Introduce the program and explain its value to the owner.
• Ask questions about the owner and their rental property.
• Confirm number of properties and whether occupied or vacant.
• Explain the $C100 monthly cost of the program.
• Respond to price, need, trust, timing, or tenant history objections.
• Encourage qualified owners to complete a live transfer.
• Record accurate notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Follow scripts and campaign rules and opt-out requirements.
• Meet hourly and daily calling and transfer targets.
