- Familiarity with ITIL, ticketing systems, and remote management tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft) encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced remote technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Escalate critical issues with detailed documentation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and FAQs.
- Assist in deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues proactively.
