Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Technical Support Agent to join a globally distributed team. You will provide expert technical assistance to customers, diagnose and resolve complex software and hardware issues, and document interactions to ensure client satisfaction.

This remote role supports clients near Nelspruit and internationally, enabling flexible work from home. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in technical support, strong OS, networking knowledge, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems, networking concepts, and common software applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective remote support.
• Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
