Placements24 is seeking a motivated Technical Recruitment Manager to lead the technical recruitment division in Rustenburg, North West. You will oversee a team of recruiters, shape talent strategies and ensure delivery of high‑quality IT and engineering professionals to technology partners.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in recruitment with at least 3 in leadership, strong stakeholder management, and evidence of driving growth through innovative hiring approaches in a remote-enabled

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in recruitment, with at least 3 in leadership within technical recruitment.
• Proven experience in recruiting for software, IT infrastructure, and engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of the technical job market and key skill sets.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to motivate teams.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment marketing platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical recruitment specialists.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for IT, engineering, and other technical roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the technology sector.
• Ensure the team meets placement targets and quality standards.
• Develop and manage budgets for the technical recruitment function.
• Stay current with technology trends and evolving recruitment tools.
