- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and candidate experience
- Provide market intelligence and compensation insights to clients
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche job boards
- Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding
- Stay updated on technology trends and their impact on hiring
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes
