Qualifications

• Proven experience as a technical recruiter or similar role.
• Ability to source niche technical talent using advanced methods.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for software, IT infra, data science, and cyber roles.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and culture.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including offers and coordination.
• Keep ATS and recruitment tools updated with candidate records.
• Stay updated on tech trends to assess candidate fit.
