Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in recruitment, with at least 3 in leadership within technical recruitment.
• Proven experience in recruiting for software, IT infrastructure, and engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of the technical job market and key skill sets.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to motivate teams.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment marketing platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
