Placements24 in South Africa is seeking an experienced Remote Recruitment Consultant to join its IT & Tech division. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for software developers, data scientists, and cybersecurity specialists, while working fully remotely from anywhere in SA.

You will build strategic relationships with clients and candidates, staying ahead of tech trends and market dynamics. A successful candidate will source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers; provide market insights; and

• Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills, particularly in a remote setting.
