You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, conduct interviews, and build relationships with IT professionals while collaborating with remote colleagues and clients. A deep understanding of the tech landscape and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment with tech focus.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and languages.
• Excellent sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Remote work suitability with strong communication and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with the Free State job market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles from needs to onboarding.
• Source and attract top IT talent across platforms and networks.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments of technical skills and culture fit.
• Build and nurture relationships with IT professionals and industry leaders.
