Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment with Tech & Digital focus.
• Proven success sourcing and placing candidates for technical roles.
• Excellent online research, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ATS and remote collaboration tools.
• Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and digital roles, including software development, data analytics, cybersecurity, and digital marketing.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using online tools and networking strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs and culture.
• Provide market insights and trends related to tech and digital recruitment.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, remotely.
