Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a technology focus.
• Successful sourcing and placement of IT professionals for various technical roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for effective remote collaboration.
• Proficiency with online recruitment tools such as ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high remote productivity.
• Strong understanding of the tech landscape and in-demand skills for Mossel Bay region.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and screen top talent for technology roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and IT project managers.
• Develop and implement effective remote sourcing strategies across various online platforms and professional networks.
• Conduct virtual interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit for client needs.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive, seamless virtual candidate experience.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers and clients through regular virtual communication.
