Placements24 is seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist for a fully remote role focusing on software developers, network admins, cybersecurity analysts, and IT project managers. You will manage end-to-end recruitment from needs assessment to successful placement in Mahikeng, North West and across South Africa.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and expertise in ATS tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and current tech landscape.
• Proven ability to source candidates for hard-to-fill technical positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes from sourcing to placement.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract IT professionals in software, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Conduct technical assessments and competency-based interviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with IT clients and understand project requirements.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and professional networks.
