Placements24 is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead remote, tech-focused recruitment for innovative startup clients.

You will design and execute strategic sourcing, manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, and partner with startup founders to meet culture and growth goals. A strong emphasis on remote collaboration and robust candidate experiences is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, focusing on tech startups or high-growth tech firms.
• Proven success sourcing and placing candidates across Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, DevOps, and tech leadership.
• Deep understanding of tech landscape, current technologies, languages, and industry trends.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills for remote work.
• Experience building and scaling startup teams and collaborating with founders and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates for technology startups.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and offer negotiations.
• Build strong relationships with founders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and culture.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including advanced search, networks, and niche boards to find passive candidates.
• Conduct technical interviews, behavioral evaluations, and cultural fit assessments.
• Develop and champion employer branding initiatives to attract startup talent.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on KPIs to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in tech recruitment and startup hiring.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Contribute to remote-first recruitment process improvements and tooling.
