Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our global recruitment efforts. You will oversee a distributed team of recruiters and sourcers, driving scalable strategies and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in TA with at least 3 years in leadership, a strong track record of scaling operations for tech companies, and expertise in employer branding, analytics, and remote team leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition
• 3+ years in management or leadership role
• Experience scaling recruitment operations for high-growth tech companies
• Strong understanding of global talent markets and best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing and motivating remote teams
• Proficiency with modern ATS platforms and recruitment marketing tools
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's a plus)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a remote team of talent acquisition professionals.
• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle for all positions from entry to executive level.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract and engage global talent.
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers for workforce planning.
• Implement and optimize recruitment technologies, including ATS.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and drive improvement.
• Ensure diversity and inclusion in recruitment processes.
• Manage recruitment budgets and vendor relationships.
