Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring across engineering, product, sales and marketing for a SaaS company. This role is remote-first, requiring strong online recruitment management and candidate experience.

You will build pipelines, implement sourcing strategies, and partner with hiring managers to define roles and priorities in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably for SaaS/tech.
• Proven track record hiring for technical and business roles.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and social media.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding in a SaaS environment.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using Boolean searches and niche job boards.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for software development, data science, cloud engineering, and product management.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
