Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a technically skilled recruiter to source and place engineers nationwide in a fully remote role. You will connect mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering professionals with exciting opportunities and manage the end-to-end recruitment process from outreach to placement.

You will develop strategic sourcing, conduct in-depth screenings, build strong client relationships in the engineering sector, and stay ahead of industry trends to advise clients on market conditions

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or 360 Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of various engineering disciplines and technical terminology.
• Experience using ATS and other recruitment technologies.
• Excellent screening and interviewing skills for assessing technical competencies.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets in a remote setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage engineers and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit engineering talent for mechanical, electrical, and civil roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using online boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and technical screenings.
• Build relationships with engineering clients and understand their requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from contact to offer and onboarding.
• Stay updated on engineering trends to advise clients effectively.
