Qualifications

- Excellent online research and written communication skills.
- Experience in remote or distributed teams preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive online research to identify potential candidates for diverse client requirements.
- Utilize Boolean search strings, x-ray searching, and advanced sourcing techniques across multiple platforms.
- Screen candidate profiles and resumes against job specifications.
- Craft personalized outreach messages to engage passive candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with Remote Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements.
