You will leverage advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and multiple platforms to build a robust candidate pipeline, while collaborating with Hiring Managers and Specialists to define role requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, focusing on high-volume campaigns.
• Proven ability to identify and engage a large number of qualified candidates efficiently.
• Excellent research and Boolean search skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates from LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and networks.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-volume roles.
• Conduct initial screenings to identify qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to define role requirements.
