Key Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive online research to identify potential candidates for diverse client requirements.
• Utilize Boolean search strings, x-ray searching, and other advanced sourcing techniques across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, niche sites).
• Screen candidate profiles and resumes to assess suitability against job specifications.
• Craft compelling and personalized outreach messages to engage passive candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with Remote Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sourcing activities and candidate engagement in the ATS.
• Stay informed about industry trends, sourcing tools, and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing strategies and processes.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Researcher, or Recruiter with a strong focus on sourcing.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using advanced sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search logic.
• Excellent online research and analytical skills.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write effective outreach messages.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
