Our client, a fast-growing and innovative Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their fully remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, primarily in software engineering, product management, sales, and marketing, in a remote capacity.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in highly competitive tech markets.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening, behavioral interviews, and skills assessments, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers across different departments and time zones to understand their talent needs and define job requirements.
• Utilize and optimize various recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and niche job boards, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts, ensuring our client is recognized as an employer of choice in the SaaS industry.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on key performance indicators.
• Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on technical and sales roles, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
• Proven ability to work effectively and autonomously in a fully Remote work environment.
• Extensive experience with various sourcing channels and techniques, including social media, boolean searches, and professional networks.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, with a strong understanding of technical competencies.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, adept at working with remote teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for talent acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams is a significant advantage.
