Placements24 is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its fully remote team. You will identify, attract, and engage top talent across sectors, manage candidate pipelines, and conduct initial assessments to move candidates from first contact to offer acceptance.

You will partner with hiring managers through virtual channels, craft effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth candidate experience while using ATS to track progress.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with sourcing tools, social networks and professional platforms.
• Excellent remote communication and interviewing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Understanding of the South African job market and recruitment best practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles with timely placements.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Conduct remote interviews and candidate assessments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers via virtual channels to set role requirements.
