Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote HR Specialist focused on Talent Acquisition to join a fully remote team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source candidates, interview, and extend offers while shaping innovative strategies to meet global talent needs from your home office.

The role emphasizes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and maintaining ATS data with timely status updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience, preferably remote.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring for diverse roles across departments.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools; strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across the organization.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse applicants.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and advise on best practices.
• Use job boards, social media, and networks to identify passive and active candidates.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and provide regular recruitment status reports.
