Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruitment consultancy experience in full-cycle roles.
• Proven track record recruiting for technical, managerial, and executive positions.
• Proficient with ATS and modern sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for complex and senior-level roles, ensuring a seamless candidate and client experience.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active talent pools.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and search strategies.
• Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Provide market insights to clients on talent acquisition best practices and market trends.
• Maintain meticulous records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities within the ATS.
