Placements24 is partnering with a leading renewable energy innovator to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This fully remote role supports a global growth strategy, handling end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding within a self-managed remote environment.

You will attract both technical and non-technical talent across borders, collaborate with hiring managers, and help elevate employer branding within a distributed remote team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in talent acquisition, with remote/international experience preferred.
• Proven success sourcing and recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across the organization from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview processes.
• Screen candidates via resume reviews, phone interviews, and assessments.
• Extend offers and manage pre-employment and onboarding for remote hires.
• Maintain candidate data in the ATS and generate recruitment reports.
• Contribute to employer branding to position the company as an employer of choice in remote work.
• Stay informed on market trends in talent acquisition for remote roles.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
