Job summary
Placements24 is seeking a Specialist Recruitment Consultant focused on the Renewable Energy sector for a fully remote role. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for solar, wind, hydro, and other green energy projects, sourcing and placing engineers, project managers, policy experts and R&D specialists.
You will develop innovative sourcing strategies, build strong client relationships in the clean energy space, and oversee candidate assessments, offers and onboarding while staying
Qualifications
- 4+ years in recruitment with renewable energy focus.
- Sourcing and placement of technical/professional roles in clean energy.
- Strong remote communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience with ATS and online sourcing tools.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering/science/business.
Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for renewable energy roles.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract niche talent.
- Build relationships with clients in clean energy.
- Assess candidates on technical expertise and project experience.
- Negotiate offers and onboarding.
- Stay informed on global renewable energy trends.
- Use ATS and recruitment tech to manage pipelines.
- Support business development in the green tech sector.
- Provide market insights on talent acquisition.
- Represent the company as a trusted renewables partner.
