Placements24 is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist focused on Talent Acquisition to join their fully remote team, based out of Tembisa. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, leveraging sourcing channels and employer branding strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidate experiences across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adapted for a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies across the organization.
• Source candidates through online job boards, social media, networking and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipeline through HRIS.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, assess qualifications, and facilitate the selection process.
• Extend job offers and manage pre-employment screening and onboarding remotely.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify improvements.
