Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proven ability to source and attract candidates across diverse roles and industries.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.
• Source candidates using job postings, social media, networking, and recruitment events.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assessing candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and guide them through the recruitment process.
• Manage the candidate experience from application to offer, ensuring a positive and professional interaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
