Based nominally in Randburg, this fully remote role requires an experienced leader who can manage teams and client relationships virtually, shaping strategic talent initiatives across Gauteng and beyond.

You will develop innovative TA strategies, drive growth, and ensure top-tier service delivery while leveraging advanced recruitment tech in a flexible, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, business development, and client management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of remote recruitment professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
