Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Systems Installer to join our fully remote workforce. You will provide expert remote assistance to customers worldwide, guiding installation, configuration, and initial setup of our systems.

In this role you will troubleshoot installation challenges, educate customers on system functionalities, document procedures, and collaborate with sales and engineering to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical installation or remote support.
• Strong understanding of hardware, software and network components for system integration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain technical concepts remotely.
• Proficiency with remote desktop tools, ticketing systems, and collaboration platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and adapt to evolving technical requirements remotely.
