Job summary

FusionTek is seeking a Helpdesk Technician II to join a growing MSP team. You will handle escalations, support Windows and Mac endpoints, and manage cloud services like Office 365 and Intune while contributing to server and network initiatives.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours. A strong Foundation in IT support and MSP experience will help you excel in delivering high-quality client service and maintaining robust infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years IT support in MSP environment
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 and macOS
• Experience with Windows Server 2016-2022 and cloud services (Office 365, Intune)

Responsibilities

• Manage escalated support tickets and complex break/fix challenges
• Set up Hyper-V hosts, SonicWall firewalls, Datto networking equipment
• Document and update issues in the internal ticketing system
• Collaborate with a technical team to deliver remote support services
• Work remotely with flexible hours aligned to business needs
