Job summary

Supportwave is seeking an IT Support Technician Level 3 for a fully remote, 12-month contract. You will deliver advanced Level 3 support for Windows and macOS endpoints while managing AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and identity solutions including Okta and JumpCloud.

You will oversee MDM, Microsoft 365, and Azure services, implement security best practices, and resolve complex escalations in this remote contract role.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Level 3 support for Windows and macOS endpoints.
• Hands-on with AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
• Identity solutions including Okta, OneLogin, JumpCloud.
• Experience with MDM, Microsoft 365 and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced remote Level 3 IT support for endpoints and cloud services.
• Manage identity, security and device management solutions and resolve escalations.
• Collaborate with MSP teams to ensure service quality and incident response.
