Hyremote is hiring an IT Support Specialist to deliver frontline IT support for general users and VIPs, working in a MSP-style environment. You will handle AD, DNS, Windows Server, and Office 365, while maintaining device and account management, software installs, and network troubleshooting.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support, strong Windows/AD knowledge, and clear communication. This position offers full-time hours with remote-friendly, SA-based work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT support, MSP background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AD, Microsoft 365, DNS, and networking basics.
• Experience with Windows Server administration and drive mapping.
• Excellent client-facing communication via voice and chat.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and escalation judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support via voice and chat for general users and VIPs.
• Troubleshoot AD, DNS, and Windows Server issues.
• Manage devices, user accounts, and software installations.
• Set up printers, office apps, and recover files locally/cloud.
• Resolve network issues and Wi-Fi outages; basic RDP issues.
