Job summary

Support Adventure is seeking seasoned Level 3 and Senior IT Support Engineers to serve as technical anchors for our international MSP clients. This fully remote role lets you work from anywhere with stable power and internet, focusing on complex escalations and architectural guidance.

You will join a team of about 200 technicians, mentor junior staff, and lead migrations and cloud projects across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and security platforms.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on escalation management experience.
• Strong cloud architecture and deployment knowledge.
• Experience designing Windows Server environments and DNS/DHCP topology.

Responsibilities

• Act as final escalation point for complex issues and guide L1/L2 teams.
• Lead infrastructure projects and provide architectural guidance.
• Mentor Level 1/2 technicians and foster knowledge sharing.
