Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Technician II to deliver remote IT support and troubleshooting for our clients. You will handle system updates, hands-on issues, and ensure high standards of service while working from a home office environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, detail orientation, and collaboration. You will participate in after-hours on-call rotations and support M365, AD, and core business apps like SAGE ERP and QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Minimum two years in Helpdesk support or a similar role.
• Skilled in application troubleshooting, PC deployments/imaging, and user profile management.
• Basic knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, Network architecture, and troubleshooting.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Entra Admin Center.
• Proficient in supporting M365, Office Applications, Active Directory, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, mobile devices, and various business applications.
• Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is highly desirable.
• Active IT Certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation OS and printer issues with minimal supervision.
• Support standard business applications and line-of-business apps like SAGE ERP and QuickBooks.
• Provide basic M365 administration and server/network troubleshooting.
• Answer incoming Quick Fix calls from clients.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.
