Job summary

FusionTek, a US-based MSP with a global team, is seeking an experienced Helpdesk Technician II to join our remote-friendly support group. You’ll manage escalated tickets, troubleshoot Windows and macOS, and contribute to core infrastructure alongside a collaborative technical team.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years MSP IT support, CompTIA A+ and/or Network+, MD-102 preferred, and solid knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365/Intune, and networking.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support experience in an MSP environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
• Working knowledge of SonicWall firewalls, Datto networking, and core networking fundamentals.
• Working knowledge Microsoft 365 Office Suite and cloud services including Intune.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS is a plus.
• Experience with Datto BCDR and/or SaaS Backup is a plus.
• Experience using Autotask PSA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage escalated support tickets from first-level technicians.
• Triage and resolve break/fix issues and handle app configurations.
• Contribute to core infrastructure with server, networking, and security work.
• Document work in ticketing and internal knowledge base.
• Provide remote support to clients as part of a collaborative team.
