Job summary

ITS seeks a Centralized Services Engineer I to advance MSP automation, manage Windows and Azure infrastructure, and lead backup strategies using Veeam. You will escalate for the internal helpdesk, automate workflows, and ensure systems are securely configured and documented.

You will work across RMM (ConnectWise Automate), PSA (ConnectWise Manage), Addigy and Intune, driving reliability for internal and client environments while aligning with PST business hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an MSP environment or similar role.
• Experience designing and maintaining Windows and Azure infrastructure.
• Proficiency with scripting (PowerShell or similar).
• Experience with MSP tools and their integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex issues and backup remediation.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding for users and clients.
• Design, deploy, and maintain datacenter and cloud infrastructure (Windows/Azure).
• Design, deploy, and verify Veeam backup solutions and perform recovery testing.
• Develop and optimize RMM scripts and workflows (ConnectWise Automate).
• Maintain and troubleshoot PSA (ConnectWise Manage).
• Evaluate and integrate MSP tools to improve efficiency.
• Manage Windows/third-party patching processes.
• Create and maintain infrastructure documentation, including Veeam configurations.
