Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, or related field.
7+ years in industrial engineering focused on supply chain and logistics.
Proven Lean and continuous improvement experience in a supply chain context.
Strong analytical skills and ERP proficiency.
Strong inventory, transportation, and warehouse knowledge.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

Analyze and map current supply chain processes, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
Identify bottlenecks and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Design and implement optimized logistics networks, warehouse layouts, and material flow strategies.
Develop inventory control systems to minimize holding costs while ensuring product availability.
Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure end-to-end supply chain operations.
Implement and monitor KPIs for supply chain performance, reporting on trends and opportunities.
