Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in industrial engineering with a supply chain focus.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and inventory management.
- Proficiency with ERP, WMS and analytics tools.
- Experience with process mapping and optimization methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current supply chain processes including inventory, warehousing, transportation, and forecasting.
- Develop strategies to reduce lead times, cut holding costs, and improve on-time delivery.
