Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, or related field.
- 5+ years in industrial engineering with focus on supply chain optimization.
- Proven experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven decisions.
- Proficient with SCM software, ERP, and analytics tools.
- Excellent remote communication and remote collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes for efficiency gains and cost reductions.
- Design and implement optimized logistics, warehousing, and transport strategies.
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma to reduce waste and improve flow.
- Develop analytics and simulation models to forecast demand and optimize inventory.
- Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
- Establish KPIs and report findings on supply chain performance.
