The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field and 5+ years in industrial engineering or supply chain optimization, with strong data analytics and WMS/TMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or supply chain optimization.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and operations management.
• Proficiency in supply chain modeling software, data analysis tools, and WMS/TMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize supply chain processes, including inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and network design.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce lead times, minimize inventory costs, and improve order fulfillment accuracy.
• Utilize data analytics and simulation tools to model supply chain scenarios and evaluate the impact of proposed changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, operations, logistics) and external partners to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Design and improve warehouse layouts, material handling systems, and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for supply chain performance and provide regular reports to management.

About the Role

This fully remote role allows you to leverage your expertise in industrial engineering principles to optimize supply chain operations from anywhere. You will be instrumental in analyzing material flow, inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve service levels. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background and the ability to drive significant improvements in a complex, geographically dispersed supply chain.
