Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM or related field.
- ≥4 years in industrial engineering focused on supply chain and logistics.
- Proficiency with SCM planning software and ERP systems.
- Strong inventory, transportation, and warehousing knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes to identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop strategies to improve forecast accuracy and reduce lead times.
- Design and manage warehouse layouts and distribution networks.
- Use modeling and simulation tools to test improvements.
- Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams.
- Monitor KPIs and report performance for Richards Bay operations.
