Virtustant is seeking a Student Success Manager to ensure a smooth journey for medical school applicants and students. You will oversee student progress, coordinate with tutors, and handle daily operations to support achievement.

Role involves onboarding, shadowing current support workflows, and owning key lifecycle processes. Remain highly responsive, proactive, and organized while using AI tools to enhance efficiency. This is a full-time remote opportunity based in South Africa.

Formación

• Proven background in high-touch client services or customer success operations.
• Ability to manage large caseloads while maintaining quality.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Complete tech onboarding and study company programs.
• Shadow live student support and advisor workflows.
• Master the student lifecycle and onboarding processes.
• Manage daily communication with the physician-tutor network and ensure SLAs.
• Take ownership of student onboarding and progress tracking.
• Handle high client volumes and conduct proactive check-ins every 2–4 weeks.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows while personalizing student communication.
• Track academic milestones and enforce turnaround timelines.
• Resolve or elevate issues early.
